Haven’t tried out Skyrim Special Edition? Well, you can for free this weekend.

Seems that everyone is trying to get to try out their games, by providing free access. This time it’s Bethesda, offering gamers a chance to try out their super amazing RPG, Skyrim. From now and until April 16th, both Xbox One and PC gamers will be able to play Skyrim Special Edition – for free. Xbox owners will find this for free on Xbox Live. While PC gamers can download their free version on Steam.

And by chance, if you just happen to fall in love with the game, they got that covered. Not only will your save data carry over, but you’ll be able to purchase the title on either Xbox One Or PC for up to 50% off. That’s in addition to all three add-ons – Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn, in addition, to select free and discounted Creation Club releases. This discount will extend until April 23rd, 2018 and will also include PlayStation 4 owners. They just won’t be able to participate in the free weekend. I don’t know why, so don’t ask me.

So if you have nothing better to do this weekend. Why not give Skyrim Special Edition a try? Be forewarned, you may like it way more than you initially think you would. There’s a reason why this title won multiple Game of the Year and favorite game awards. I’m telling you, you may start playing it today and suddenly your end weekend is gone. It has been known to have that effect. Just don’t blame me, ok?
