K: Seven Stories

GoHands announced that K: Seven Stories will be six-film series, focusing on different stories from within the K universe. The films are slated to begin releasing this summer in Japan with the first one being K: Seven Stories: R:B Blaze.  GoHands recently released key visuals and casts for the second and third films SIDE:BLUE ~Tenrou no Gotoku (Like Sirius) and SIDE:GREEN ~Uwagaki Sekai~ (The Overwritten World) which will focus on the Blue and Green King and their respective clans.

The respective release dates for each of the six movies are as follows:

  • R:B Blaze – July 7
  • SIDE:BLUE ~Tenrou no Gotoku – August 4
  • SIDE:GREEN ~Uwagaki Sekai~ – September 1
  • Lost Small World: Ori no Mukou ni – October 6
  • Memory of Red: Burn – November 3
  • Circle Vision:  Nameless Song – December 1

The details of the individual films’ stories have yet to be revealed. So far, we only have key art for the first three films as well as a promotional video for the series as a whole. The franchise began as a television anime in 2012 which was simply titled K. A sequel movie was released called K: Missing Kings in 2014 and a second television anime aired in 2015 called K: Return of Kings, which served as a sequel to the film. The anime series was an original project which later received a manga adaptation.

Here are the key visuals for the first three films:
