SDCC 2017 – Starfire Makes Her Injustice 2 Debut

By Keith MitchellJuly 21, 2017

The next character for DC Comics and Netherrealms Injustice 2 was announced and it’s none other than Starfire. That’s right, the alien Princess of Tamaran is heading your way and she’s bringing her entire skill set with her. Get ready to take advantage of her power set that combines strength and a huge assortment of energy-based attacks.

Easily one of my favorite characters in the DC Comics universe and not just because of her looks (but that doesn’t hurt). Hailing from the Teen Titans, she’s always been jobbed by the larger characters, despite her being very strong. Now with Injustice 2, we’ll finally get to see her do what she does best – kick some butt. Hopefully against a certain Amazon princesses.

I wonder if this also means that we’ll see her sister, Blackfire, as a unique skin for Starfire.

Starfire will be available as part of the Injustice 2’s first fighter pack, which also includes Sub-Zero (Mortal Kombat) and Red Hood.

Be sure to read our Injustice 2 review here.
