E3 2017: Nintendo Working To Up Production On Nintendo Switch

Nintendo Switch

Ever since the Nintendo Switch has come out, the system has been very hard to find after initial stock was quickly bought up. In fact, very few who didn’t pre-order the system got it. Despite that, the system has been selling record amounts, but there’s not doubt it’d be doing even better if the system was in stock more often. At E3 2017, Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime talked with IGN and noted that getting the Switch production up was a top priority:

“What we are doing, as quickly as we can, is scaling up the production to make more available into the marketplace, to get to the point where every consumer who wants a Nintendo Switch can find a Nintendo Switch, that’s what we’re trying to get to. I’m not going to tell you when we’ll get there, but our goal is to improve our supply chain so that more product is available to more consumers. And that is a key focus.”

If Nintendo can get the production up, they’re set to have a BIG year. For just this year they ARMS, Splatoon 2, Pokken Tournament DX, Fire Emblem Warriors, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Super Mario Odyssey and other big name titles coming to the system, so if they can stock them up, them and the games will be selling big.
