Samurai Shodown IV to join NeoGeo Arcade Archives on Nintendo Switch; Garou and more to join later

During today’s Nintendo Direct stream, Nintendo unveiled a set of games to join Hamster Corporation’s NeoGeo Arcade Archives on the Nintendo Switch, with Samurai Shodown IV: Amakusa’s Revenge to join the library tomorrow, April 13th.

NeoGeo Arcade Archives Samurai Shodown IV

The NeoGeo Arcade Archives series of games provide the game as it was released in the arcades, running in its original resolution at an optimized 60 fps.

Samurai Shodown IV joins the already impressive library on Nintendo Switch, which includes The King of Fighters ’94, The King of Fighters ’98, Shock Troopers, Neo Turf Masters and Metal Slug. Each of these games retails for USD$7.99 on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Also announced was fan favorite Garou: Mark of the Wolves, Fatal Fury, The King of Fighters ’99 ,Over Top, Blazing Star, and Shock Troopers 2nd Squad.
