Project Scorpio To Be Officially Unveiled During E3 2017

By Keith MitchellApril 13, 2017

While it was speculated that Microsoft would have an official Project Scorpio event during E3 2017, the company has finally made it official. At E3 2017, Microsoft will unveil the system, as well as provide the actual name, pricing and hopefully, the games line-up.

I’m proud of the progress made with Project Scorpio and what it will mean for the creators who fuel the passion of gamers around the world. On behalf of everyone at Team Xbox, thank you for your continued passion and support. We’re excited to unveil Project Scorpio and the amazing game experiences it powers at E3 this June.

While Microsoft claims this will happen at E3 2017, this event will take place PRIOR to E3 2017, on June 11, 2017, at 2 PM PDT/5 PM EDT. I’m hoping that addition to the hardware unveiling that we’ll be treated to some actual gameplay and hands on during the event. Hardware is fantastic, but the games are what drives the system and sales.

Microsoft, you better be ready to bring it!

#E32017 and #Projectscorpio is finally happening!

We’ll also be in attendance during the event as well and will be covering it the best we can. We can’t wait for the date! For more information on Project Scorpio, check out the official website here.
