Dark Souls III: Ashes of Ariandel DLC is now officially announced.

By Keith MitchellAugust 24, 2016
Dark Souls III - Let's get to it

Yesterday, we got a really short peek (you did, didn’t you?) of the first piece of the upcoming DLC for Dark Souls III, though it was only due to someone jumping the gun. Well, as of today the DLC has officially been announced, so we’re going to pretend like yesterday never happened.

Officially announced is the first piece of the upcoming DLC for Dark Souls III, entitled “Ashes of Ariandel”. In this newly announced DLC, players will venture to a new location, the land of Ariandel, as they attempt to uncover what exactly has caused this land to become defiled.

Included in this new expansion will be new weapons, spells, armor, and even a new PVP-specific map.

Dark Souls III: Ashes of Ariandel will be available via the Dark Souls III season pass or for $14.99 for those who don’t own the season pass. Dark Souls III: Ashes of Ariandel will be available on October 25, 2016, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Damn it, I gotta wait 2 months for this? This wait …. argh, the wait!
