Microsoft had previously announced that a special Forza event was going to take place after their E3 2016 conference. I speculated in this piece on what we could be in store for and my speculation did include that Forza Horizon 3 would make an appearance. Now it seems that my speculation may have been closer than expected as a credible source, Ekim from NeoGAF, has leaked some details about a possible Forza Horizon 3 announcement during E3 2016 after all.
Those details include 30FPS on the Xbox One, while the PC version will have 60FPS, remarkable landmarks, good track design and some good music – he goes on to claim that there will be at least one radio station that everyone will enjoy.
Now while this is still considered a leak and it very well could be false, I’m hoping at the very least that Forza Horizon 3 is announced at E3 2016. I loved Forza Horizon 1 and Forza Horizon 2, knocked my socks off. Now the idea of a Forza Horizon 3 and on the PC, especially after logging a lot of playtime with Forza Motorsport 6: APEX and at 60FPS, well it has me drooling.
Let’s hope this turns out to be true, but either way, we’ll find out in 3 days.
