Check out your March 2016 Xbox Live Games with Gold

By Keith MitchellFebruary 23, 2016

With the month of March 2016 practically around the corner, it’s time to see what Microsoft has in store with Xbox Live Games with Gold for good old’e Xbox One and Xbox 360.

Heading out the line-up for the Xbox One is Crimes and Punishment, where you play as Sherlock Holmes and try to solve cases that revolve around murder, missing persons and other investigations.  And there’s Lords of the Fallen, a rogue-like title that took many cues from Fromsoftware’s Dark Souls series but didn’t quite live up to the expectations of the developer and to be perfectly honest, it was quite the disappointment.

However on the Xbox 360, things are looking up as not only do you get a free copy of Gearbox Software’s Borderlands, a fun first person shooter with RPG elements and it even lets you play online co-op with friends. And then there’s an extremely fun RTS, Supreme Commander 2, where you get to blow stuff up, build stuff and even use giant machines of destruction. And while I haven’t played this on the Xbox 360, I loved it on the PC and I’m sure you’ll do the same.

So get ready and be sure to download or at least mark your Games with Gold for February 2016, if you haven’t already done so. Once they’re gone, well… they’re gone.
