Shinen’s Fast Racing Neo speeds onto the Wii U in December 2015

While Nintendo has been reluctant to give the Wii U fans a proper F-Zero title, all is not lost if you’re craving some futuristic, break neck speed racing, thanks to Shinen. Introducing Shinen Fast Racing Neo, which if you didn’t know any better, you’d probably mistake it for being an F-Zero title by just looking at it.

On top of that, Shinen is no stranger when it comes to squeezing every drop of power from Nintendo’s home consoles. They did it with the Wii on Jett Rocket and now they’ve done it again with Fast Neo Racing. Just check out the features this game is sporting and yes folks, this is a Wii U title and a mighty impressive looking one at that.

  • Physically-based Rendering
  • SSAO 720p @ 60fps
  • Volumetric Lighting
  • 8k resolution soft shadows
  • Complete HDR pipeline
  • High quality motion blur and crepuscular rays
  • More than 10,000 draw calls
  • Atmospheric Scattering
  • Dynamic weather
