Nintendo has announced that the next Nintendo Direct will take place on Wednesday, April 1, at 3PM PST/6PM EDT. This conference will focus on the up and coming titles for the Wii U and 3DS platforms, and apparently there will be a short Nintendo Treehsouse presentation of our of their 2015 spring releases.
My money is on Splatoon as it is set for a May 2015 release date.
