Our Podcasts are moving to a better place

By Keith MitchellDecember 18, 2013

No, we aren’t getting rid of our podcasts, we’re not that crazy! In fact we’re making it even better for you, our faithful listeners. As of today I will be transitioning all of the podcasts; The Arsenal, Bookshelf and The Loading Screen over to our CDN or Content Distribution Network. What does that mean for you? Faster speeds of course! Less time for you to wait for the podcasts to load and less stress our on web server, it’s a win-win for everyone.

So sit tight and hopefully by weeks end we’ll be all done. It is a manual process after all and we rather we do it right than screw up something and prevent our listeners from listening to us!

Keith D. Mitchell is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Outerhaven, where he has been covering video games and technology for more than 14 years. A lifelong PC gamer, he began building PCs at just eight years old and still loves talking about hardware as much as playing games. His passion for challenging experiences has made him a devoted Soulslike fan, having beaten nearly every FromSoftware release. Keith regularly attends major gaming and technology events to bring firsthand coverage to readers, and continues to enjoy writing about the games and gear that shaped his love for the industry.
