Mass Effect: Andromeda Confirmed for March 2017; New Gameplay Footage Coming Today

Wondering when Mass Effect: Andromeda will be released? Well, wonder no more as Bioware has announced the release date on the Mass Effect blog. Mass Effect: Andromeda will launch for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC as of March 21rd, 2017 in North America and will be released world wide.

Originally set for a Q4 2016 release date, EA had pushed it back to an “early 2017” launch window. Many had speculated this was due to the leaks, while others believed that EA and Bioware wanted to put some more “polish” into the title.

And now that CES 2017 is underway, we’re primed to see some new gameplay footage from Mass Effect: Andromeda as well. During their CES keynote, Nvidia will dedicate part of it to showcase some new footage. What exactly will we see? We have no idea as Bioware has been very cryptic about it, but did mention that we’ll see “new environments and gameplay.”

The Nvidia keynote will start on January 4th, 2017 at 6:30PM PST/9:30PM EST.  A livestream of the keynote will be available through via Nvidia’s website here.
