Yesterday Valve officially announced the vendors that would be creating their own versions of the Steam Machine during their conference (That lasted all of 7 minutes), all ranging from small form factor PCs to mid-towers that don’t seem to be made for the living room at all. The companies Alienware, Materiel.Net, Alternate, Next, CyberPowerPC, Origin, Digital Storm, Scan Computers, Falcon Northwest, Webhallen, GigaByte, Zotac, iBuyPower, and Maingear all had their own version of their Steam Machines on display however they were not up and running so everyone was just able to view them.

Also during the event Valve also mentioned that they will also sell the Valve Steam Controller directly and is still up in the air on if Valve will also produce and sell their own version of the Steam Machine.
