Viva ONE PIECE! Anime’s favorite pirates, Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Crew, have set sail on their voyage across the Gulf to Mexico and next month’s CCXPMX26. From April 24 – 26, Toei Animation will present its globally celebrated anime ONE PIECE at this year’s edition of the annual pop culture festival, marking the legendary studio’s first-ever exhibition at CCXP Mexico.
Created by Eiichiro Oda, ONE PIECE has been entertaining audiences around the world for over 26 years and is now one of the longest running and most successful properties in all of anime history. And now, Mexican fans can experience ONE PIECE like never before at this special franchise showcase from Toei Animation that includes not only a large scale ONE PIECE exhibition booth on the show floor but also an exclusive premiere screening of series episodes 913- 914 in Spanish dub on the Thunder Stage by Cinemex. Additionally, fans are invited to take a quick survey for exclusive giveaways — for which on Saturday, the first 200 guests that complete the survey will receive an exclusive ONE PIECE straw hat. Toei Animation invites CCXPMX26 attendees to visit the ONE PIECE exhibition daily throughout the festival and to share their experiences on social media using the hashtag #TA_CCXPMX.

Based on the globally beloved and best-selling manga of all time created by Eiichiro Oda and brought to life by Toei Animation, the iconic “ONE PIECE” episodic series follows pirate Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat Crew on their epic quest to find the “One Piece,” the legendary treasure of Gol D. Roger, former King of the Pirates. Now over 26 years since the episodic series’ Japanese TV debut in 1999, ONE PIECE has taken its place in mainstream pop culture as one of the most successful and enduring anime franchises of all time, attracting millions of fans of all ages around the world. The global hit series “One Piece” returns on April 5 to kick-off its new season with the premiere of its Elbaph arc.
