Ubisoft has revealed the latest roadmap for The Division Resurgence, outlining what players can expect from the free-to-play RPG looter shooter over the coming months. The roadmap confirms that new content will arrive every six weeks, with each season lasting roughly four months.
The biggest news is that The Division Resurgence is now heading to PC, via early access on Ubisoft Connect. The game, which is set in the urban open world of New York City, is currently available as part of a technical testing period ahead of its official PC launch in August. Which I’m sure that Ubisoft is counting on this to tide over fans while The Division 3 is still being developed.
The Division Resurgence Heads To PC
Starting on April 28, 2026, players will be able to play The Division Resurgence on PC through Ubisoft Connect. The PC version supports cross-progression and cross-platform play with iOS and Android devices, allowing players to continue their progress whether they are playing at home or on mobile.
Ubisoft has confirmed that progress made during the PC early access period will carry over when The Division Resurgence officially launches on PC during Season 2. That should make it easier for players to test out the PC version now without worrying about starting over later.
As for the PC requirements, given that the game was developed originally for mobile devices, it’s rather tame for the PC. Even at the very high, the game doesn’t require much to play it on the PC. Which is a win for anyone looking to play the game.
The Division Resurgence Season 1 Roadmap
The next phase of Season 1 kicks off on May 12 and will bring new limited-time events, including Dark Zone and Speed Run challenges. Players can also expect new cosmetic sets, camouflage skins, and exotic weapon skins.
The Classified Ops Pass 1.2 will also arrive during this phase, featuring several new rewards:
- Strawberry Milkshake free exotic weapon
- Pyromaniac full apparel set
- Hot Rod weapon skin
Phase 3 of Season 1 is scheduled for June and will introduce Classified Ops Pass 1.3. That pass will include another batch of rewards:
- Scorpio free exotic weapon
- Freemen full apparel set
- Boombox weapon skin
Season 2 Brings The Official PC Launch
Season 2 will mark the official PC launch of The Division Resurgence, following its current early access period on Ubisoft Connect. With cross-progression already supported, players who spend time with the game now should be able to carry their progress forward once the PC version fully launches. I’d imagine that once the full PC version is released that the PC requirements will be raised, as well as PC specific features, such as upscaling will be added.
Looking further ahead, Ubisoft also confirmed that Season 3 is planned for this winter and will bring a major story expansion to The Division Resurgence. More details on that expansion have not been revealed yet, but it sounds like the game’s post-launch support is already mapped out well beyond its PC debut.
The Division Resurgence is available now on iOS and Android, with PC early access available through Ubisoft Connect.
