Square Enix has revealed a collector’s edition for the upcoming RPG The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales. The Collector’s Edition includes the base game, digital deluxe edition content, a tabletop clock, and the original soundtrack. It is available exclusively through the Square Enix Store.
The Collector’s Edition includes physical goodies as well as digital goodies. The digital offerings consist of a Fairy Bangle accessory, a Cherry Blossom Anklet accessory, and a Roselle Ring accessory. These digital accessories also make up the content of the Digital Deluxe Edition, which may be purchased on its own as well.
As for physical content, the Collector’s Edition includes two major non-game items. The first is the original soundtrack, composed by Tomohiro Nakamachi and Yuto Moritani. The soundtrack will be sold separately at a later date, so this nets you the 4-disc set early. As someone who has played the demo and previewed the game, I can attest that the soundtrack is a whimsical highlight so far.
But the second major physical item is the true centerpiece—a timepiece. The Collector’s Edition comes with a beautiful clock, meant to evoke the doors of time that Elliot steps through. It features the clock itself above an ivy-bordered door. The door rests on a base, along with Faie, Elliot’s fairy companion.
The Collector’s Edition will be available while supplies last. There’s also an option to purchase just the Collector’s Edition without the base game.
What’s more, players can preorder the game in digital or physical forms for a preorder bonus. The bonus, entitled Elliot’s Departure Pack, includes the Departure Broach accessory and the Attack Up sword magicite. The former increases currency and magicite drops from enemies, while the latter does exactly what it sounds like, raising the attack of Elliot’s sword.
Give The Adventures of Elliot a Try
If you’d like to know more about The Adventures of Elliot before picking up the Collector’s Edition, we’ve got you covered. We recently went hands-on with the action RPG. And yes, you heard that last part right. While The Adventures of Elliot shares the HD2D style of Team Asano’s other offerings, it is in fact an action-adventure RPG with real-time combat. I had the pleasure of checking it out, and I appreciated its playful tone and intuitive combat. You can read more of my thoughts here.
But hey, why not check the game out for yourself? The Adventures of Elliot released a demo for Switch 2 last July. But a new Prologue Demo came out this week for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Give it a go. The demo consists of the first couple of hours of the game. And if you decide to pick up the game later, the save data will carry over.
And if the demo wins you over, you won’t have too long to wait to continue your quest. The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales arrives on June 18th, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
