Arc System Works has released the official trailer for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls. From what it’s looking like, there will be a stadium stage after all for the possible final boss fight, of the story, to be had.
Outside of this, even Deadpool is saying what a lot of people are saying when several assists show face on screen. All 20 characters get their chance to shine here; Captain America, Iron Man, Black Panther (Shuri), Hulk, Storm, Wolverine, Magik, Danger, Spider-Man, Star-Lord, Ms. Marvel, Peni Parker, Dr. Doom, Magneto, Carnage, Green Goblin, Ghost Rider, Loki, Blade and Deadpool. With less than a week to go before the launch, it’s a fitting time to remind us of all about what’s in store.
Some new modes were confirmed such as All-Star Arena and Arcadia Rumble with the latter being tied to the chibi lobby. There is a confirmation for the Gallery to appear as a part of the modes. All-Star Arena is tied to single player content such as a Survival mode and a branching format for difficulty.
Beware of Spoilers
In the wake of the impending launch, some people already have a copy before the actual street date, which have enabled them to confirm certain aspects of the game being true such as unlocks. We’ve already talked about one of them thus far. Reddit has a few of these so far, according to Eventhubs. Even the Episode Mode had been seen for other parts outside of the 3 chapters for Spider-Man’s team – the Amazing Guardians via the Open Beta last week.
As for the rest of us good boys and girls, Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls launches on August 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and PC.
