BAKI-DOU: The Invincible Samurai, based on the manga by Keisuke Itagaki, is officially continuing with Part 2 and set to stream exclusively worldwide on Netflix. The news was announced during the series’ special stage at AnimeJapan 2026, alongside the debut of a new teaser trailer and key visual.
Part 2 dives deeper into the clash between Baki Hanma and the legendary swordsman Musashi Miyamoto, alongside the underground arena’s lineup of powerhouse fighters. Pushing the limits of what “strength” really means, this next chapter raises the stakes even further, with more intense, high-impact battles between the strongest in the world of Baki.
The newly released teaser trailer sets the tone immediately, opening on Musashi Miyamoto as Izo Motobe hints that we’ve yet to see his true strength. From there, it teases a string of explosive encounters, with Jack Hammer and Gaia stepping into the fight, Pickle launching a brutal attack, and Kaoru Hanayama landing a full-force blow. The preview builds toward the long-awaited showdown between Musashi Miyamoto and Izo Motobe, offering a glimpse of what’s to come in Part 2.
Alongside the trailer, the new teaser visual features Baki Hanma, Musashi Miyamoto, and Izo Motobe. Through the fighters’ distinct expressions, balancing calm and chaos, the visual sets the stage for an experience where the meaning of “the strongest” continues to evolve as the world’s pillars of strength collide once again.
