Aniplex and Crunchyroll Form New Company HAYATE Inc.

Aniplex and Crunchyroll announced that they are embarking on a brand-new joint venture called HAYATE Inc.

HAYATE Inc. will produce new anime content for Crunchyroll to stream globally. The staff for this joint venture includes Masanori Miyaki as Chairman and CEO, and Leo Watanabe as President and COO. Both of which are from the Aniplex team.

HAYATE Inc. is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, and marks the continued investment by Aniplex and Crunchyroll as it aims to bring new anime content to fans worldwide.
