MADO MONOGATARI: Fia And The Wondrous Academy Heading To Steam 2026

One of the best recent Idea Factory International games is MADO MONOGATARI: Fia and the Wondrous Academy. It was only released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. Luckily, Idea Factory International has now announced that it will be heading to PC as well. Recent Idea Factory International games have been going to Steam late, and this continues the trend, but at least they eventually make it onto the platform.

I played MADO MONOGATARI: Fia and the Wondrous Academy originally on the PlayStation 5 console and loved my time with it. You can read the review to see more of why. I am excited to see it come to Steam so I can add it to my Steam library! If you missed out because you don’t play on consoles anymore, this is a game to get.

MADO MONOGATARI: Fia and the Wondrous Academy Story
The Ancient Magic Academy.

An academy with a long, storied past, known as the place where The Great Mage learned and graduated. Students study here to become Mages themselves.

A girl named Fia, wanting to enroll in the Academy, makes a long arduous journey from her hometown, and manages to get in through her own luck.

She now tries her best to get through the many challenges of schoolwork, strict professors, and mysterious happenings, all in pursuit of her goal to become a Great Mage herself, while also making friends with other students in her class.

Embark on an adventure with Fia and her classmates as they explore the mysteries of the Ancient Magic Academy and uncover the legends of The Great Mage.

MADO MONOGATARI: Fia and the Wondrous Academy is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. It will be available on Steam in 2026.
