Pokemon Home Service

The evolution of the Pokemon Bank, Pokemon Home now has a launch window. Originally announced back in 2019, the Pokemon Home will go live in February 2020. This was recently announced during today’s Nintendo’s Special Pokemon Direct.

Welcome home, Trainers.

Introducing Pokémon HOME, a cloud service that will work with Nintendo Switch and iOS and Android devices, allowing you to bring over the Pokémon that you’ve shared adventures with throughout your journey. #PokemonHOME pic.twitter.com/fAlodMrRzh

This service will allow players to transfer Pokemon to Pokemon Sword and Shield. You will also be able to the service to transfer a selective number of Pokemon from Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee and Pokemon Go to Sword and Shield.

Just like Pokemon Bank, Pokemon Home will also be a paid service. We aren’t sure if it will be priced similar to Pokemon Bank, which is $5 annually. More details regarding Pokemon Home will be released prior to the launch of Pokemon Home in February 2020.
