The Protector Light Novel Receives January 10 Release Date

By Josh PiedraNovember 26, 2024

It was announced that the Original English Light Novel, The Protector by Trent Moullae, has received a release date of January 10!

The Protector, Vol. 1 by light novel author Trent Moullae tells the story of demons and angels living amongst humans in a new world! As volume 1 begins this epic dark fantasy tale, read from the point of view of a demon who struggles to understand his place in the world.

The Protector

One-half of our protagonists is Zane, a demon who was orphaned at a young age. After escaping his tormentor, he is found and taken in by one of the world’s most powerful coalitions to be the sole companion to their heir, Yulia Edrea. Once the pair turn eighteen, they are made to attend college together, and have to watch over each other as the world resents both the demon and the heiress!

This is an original English light novel, a unique format that has continued to grow throughout the years. Inspired by the Japanese light novel, OELNs are one of a kind, bringing the style admired by Otakus worldwide into a new light.

The book is available in paperback, ebook, and audiobook on several different sites. Seek the paperback on Amazon, the ebook on Google

Play, Apple iBooks, Amazon Kindle, and more! As well, the audiobook will be available on Spotify, Audible and other platforms too!

Cover art and illustrations are all done by Miraj Samee, with the paperback version retailing for $16.00 US, and $3.99 US for the ebook! Please note that prices may vary per country and as the distributor updates metadata information!

The Protector is described as follows:

When three races attempt to co-exist in a world riddled with inequality, a single demon sparks the hope for change. Zane was enslaved as a child and now has to accompany the heir to one of the world’s most corrupt coalitions. His task becomes more difficult as now, he has to join her… in attending college? He may be her servant, but the pair know their relationship is far more complicated. How will their bonds be tested when the world detests both the demon and the heiress? To those he holds dear, he strives to become more. To them, he is a Protector
