Player Housing is Coming in World of Warcraft: Midnight

Blizzard closed out their 30th-anniversary stream by announcing that the long-requested and most-desired feature, Player Housing, is coming as the big feature of the upcoming World of Warcraft: Midnight expansion!

Player housing, which is something that fans of the popular MMO have been asking about, for decades, is something that other titles in the genre have added with much success, including another behemoth MMO, Final Fantasy XIV.

How the system/feature will work remains to be seen. However, the cinematic that reveals the upcoming feature definitely feels cozy and I’m sure fans who have been waiting for it to finally appear and excited about it. I know I am.

As for World of Warcraft: Midnight, we don’t know much about this upcoming expansion, but that should change next year. Blizzard has also released a roadmap that says we’ll get more info regarding the reveal in Summer 2025.
