Street Fighter VI Terry Bogard Theme And Battle Pass Details

With Terry Bogard’s arrival in Street Fighter VI imminent, the “Hungry Wolf” is bringing much more than just his iconic moveset. Capcom revealed his theme, “Kurikinton,” and clearly it’s a homage to Terry’s original theme from Fatal Fury. The track leans heavily into jazz, with instruments like saxophones and horns taking center stage, setting it apart from the more modern themes of the rest of the cast. This departure is noticeable, giving Terry’s theme a unique, nostalgic vibe. Additionally, the Pao Pao Cafe 6 stage will feature its own distinct music.

The “Terry Arrives” Battle Pass is now available, bringing even more Fatal Fury love to Street Fighter VI. Terry’s original theme, “Kurikinton,” Joe Higashi’s theme, “A New Poem that South Thailand Wants to Tell,” and Andy Bogard’s theme, “Pasta,” are all included. Along with these iconic tracks, players can also unlock costumes inspired by Andy Bogard and Joe Higashi, which were previously revealed. The pass is packed with Fatal Fury nostalgia, featuring chibi stickers of Joe, Andy, Duck King, Kim Kaphwan, and Jubei Yamada from Fatal Fury 2. One of the most exciting additions is the SNK effect for the challenger screen, alongside the Andy and Joe Fatal Fury photo frames. The titles in the pass include a special homage to Fatal Fury, a Terry Bogard title referencing his original game, and a Mark of the Wolves title.

Something’s Off About Southtown

Interestingly, City of the Wolves is absent from the temporary Terry Bogard Battle Hub takeover. Perhaps it’s being saved for when Mai Shiranui, another iconic character from the SNK franchise, arrives in 2025 to coincide with the launch of the new Fatal Fury game.Street Fighter VI Terry Arrives Battle Pass

The Fighting Pass is available until September 24th, which is also when Terry Bogard will officially join the roster. Terry is the second character in the Season 2 DLC lineup, following M. Bison, who was added a few months ago. Street Fighter III’s Elena and Fatal Fury’s Mai Shiranui, who are also part of the pass, are slated to arrive in the Winter of 2024 and Spring of next year, respectively.
