Despite everything that’s going on in the DCU, and Hollywood in general, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is still set for a December release date. And at long last, we finally have a trailer to showcase what the movie is going to be like. The story is set four years after the original (which is poetic because the movie was supposed to come out last year, four years after the first movie released.) Arthur Curry has been ruling Atlantis, married Mera, and now has a kid of his own. He’s living a good life…but it’s not an easy one.
That goes double for when Black Manta shows up and threatens all of Atlantis with a new power he’s unlocked. This power forces Arthur to team up with his brother Orm to learn the truth about the Lost Kingdom and the “Black Trident.” You can watch the full trailer below.
