Remnant 2 is nearly here for many, and I’ve been playing the game for the past week, thanks to Gunfire Games. However, there’s a question I’ve been seeing pop up more and more, and that’s if the game will receive DLC.
Now, we know the second game in the series, Remnant From the Ashes, received two DLCs, Swamps of Corsus and Subject 2923. So, what can we expect from Remnant II? According to the developers, much of the same, and the game will receive several different DLCs.
Three different DLC packs will be available for the game, and all of them will be released within one year of the game’s launch. These new DLCs will add more story elements, creatures, and environments.

Needless to say, I’m excited about this as I’ve been doing nothing but playing Remnant II, and I have so more questions than answers. I’ll be looking forward to those three DLCs, and I hope that Gunfire Games reveals more info on that in the upcoming months.
Remnant 2 releases on July 25, 2023, for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition will give you early access on July 21, 2023.
