Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion revealed during Marvelous Game Showcase

DAEMON X MACHINA TITAN SCION reveal

Well, it finally happened. During the very end of the 2023 Marvelous showcase, we finally got word that the Daemon X Machina series isn’t over and that a new game called Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion has been revealed. This should excite more than a few Mecha fans as it serves as the Daemon X Machina sequel that we’ve all been waiting for.

That said, we don’t know much about this new entry other than Marvelous’s FIRST studio, alongside producer Kenichiro Tsukuda is heading up the game. Kenichiro Tsukuda worked on the original game and also worked on several of the Armored Core titles before leaving Fromsoftware.

Is it a direct follow-up to the original game? Will it have more than just two legs, and will we finally get spider legs or tank legs? Will this head to the Switch like the original game, or will this head straight to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC? I suppose we’ll find out when more information regarding Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion prior to the game being released, or hopefully during the 2023 Summer Game Fest

It’s interesting that this is getting revealed right after Fromsoftware announced a follow-up to its Mecha series, Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon. And you know what? I’m perfectly fine with this. We need more Mecha games, so bring it on, Marvelous.
