PlatinumGames surprised many when they announced Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon last year, and since then, fans have been wondering what to expect from the title.

We recently got a gameplay glimpse into what the game will be like, but what about the story? Well, Nintendo was willing to drop a big story trailer on Twitter today, and it outlines many of the story beats we can expect from the title. That includes Cereza’s training to be an Umbra Witch, why she goes into the Avalon Forest, summoning Cheshire, and more!

The “Fairy Tale” feel is abundant in this trailer, complete with a narrator! Plus, there are plenty of teases about what’s to come. Check out the trailer below and get Bayonetta Origins when it drops on March 17th!

While you’re waiting for Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon to be released, give our Bayonetta 3 review a read.
