Familiar Things That Have Resurfaced in the Remnant 2 Reveal Trailer

By Keith MitchellDecember 14, 2022

During The Game Awards (2022), Gunfire Games revealed Remnant 2, the follow-up to Remnant from the Ashes. I’m a massive fan of the first game, and I must have watched the reveal trailer at least 20 times. In doing so, I noticed a few things that also appeared in the previous game. As such, we’ve created a video showcasing the familiar stuff and how they’ve either changed for Remnant 2 or speculated on their new role.

We’re pretty sure we’ve nailed everything, but if we missed something, definitely feel free to comment on what we missed. Or maybe comment on how much you’re looking forward to playing Remnant 2 when it is released in 2023 (praying for no delays).

Timestamps:

  • 00:48 – Founder Ford
  • 01:49 – Yaesha Empress?
  • 02:28 – Earth
  • 03:19 – Founder Ford Again (yes, I know I said, Commander Ford)
  • 03:32 – Clementine
  • 04:36 – Ravager corrupted by the Root
  • 05:26 – Yaesha Guardian corrupted by the Root

Remnant 2 currently doesn’t have a release date, but it will be released in 2023 for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
