Shin Megami Tensei V is Getting A Digital Deluxe Edition With A Bunch of DLC At Launch

Shin Megami Tensei V

Shin Megami Tensei V is less than a month away and Atlus has dropped a whole lot of juicy information about what will be available to players on day one of launch. In total, there are a whopping seven separate pieces of DLC content with the Digital Deluxe Edition as well as Safe Difficulty if you’re looking for a less intense experience and a Japanese Voices pack. With those two additions being free to everyone who owns the game.

The eShop listing for the Digital Deluxe Edition has all of the following bits baked in:

•”Shin Megami Tensei V” Full Game
•”Safety Difficulty”
•”Mitama Dance of Wealth”
•”Mitama Dance of EXP”
•”Mitama Dance of Miracles”
•”A Goddess in Training”
•”The Rage of a Queen”
•”The Doctor’s Last Wish”
•”Return of the True Demon”
•”Japanese Voices”

If none of that strikes your fancy, there is still of course the standard version of the game and you can always get the add-on’s separately later on. But you’ll obviously be saving some cash if you get it all packed in at once.

Atlus and Nintendo are definitely hitting the ground running with the release of Shin Megami Tensei V and are clearly trying to lure in players old and new with everything they have. There’s definitely a lot in store, making this poised to be the biggest game in the long-running franchise. And they are very much on the right track.

Shin Megami Tensei V releases on November 12th exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
