Back 4 Blood does support cross-play but does not cross-save/cross-progression.
Back 4 Blood releases this October 12th, 2021, on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Back 4 Blood will also be available on launch day for the Xbox Game Pass.
