MechWarrior 5, originally released via Epic Games Store in 2019, is making its way over to GOG, Steam, and Xbox. This is great news for those who aren’t fans of the Epic Games Store and for console gamers. MechWarrior 5 was one of my favorite titles of 2019 because I love riding in giant machines of destruction.

We are very excited to announce the May 27th release date for MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries Xbox Series S and X, Xbox One, GOG and Steam (PC). The first DLC, “Heroes of the Inner Sphere” will release at the same time.

In addition to the new announcement news, the first planned DLC, “Heroes of the Inner Sphere” will also be released for the PC (EGS/GOG/Steam), Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. If you’re a fan of mech games and have been waiting for a proper one to be released, MechWarrior 5 is it.
