For fans of Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, 2020 is about to get worse. Netflix has announced that the show will premiere its final season on the very last day of 2020. But whether you’re in it for the magic, mischief, or mundane teenager drama, this witch will be leaving on her broom with one last season this winter:
Here’s the official synopsis:
Over the course of Part 4’s eight episodes, The Eldritch Terrors will descend upon Greendale. The coven must fight each terrifying threat one-by-one (The Weird, The Returned, The Darkness to name a few), all leading up to…The Void, which is the End of All Things. As the witches wage war, with the help of The Fright Club, Nick begins to slowly earn his way back into Sabrina’s heart, but will it be too late?
In the trailer, we see a quick recap of what has come before, along with some very quick cuts of Sabrina and her friends experience strange phenomena, including visions and ghosts. We also see Nick, the warlock Sabrina was previously in love with, at her school and the return of the time-paradox-Sabrina who is ruling Hell. There’s blood, there’s gore, there’s cheerleaders and black cats galore. All of the major cast members are returning for the show’s final hurrah, but will it be the finale they’re hoping for?
