13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is the latest, stunning 2D game from Vanillaware.
In it’s latest trailer, titled, “Dreams or Reality”, you can get your first taste of the English dub and the struggles of the main cast. The core of the game’s story revolves around a group of 13 teenagers as they learn about mysterious kaiju invaders, giant mechs called “Sentinels”, and various sci-fi conspiracies. As you play, each character’s story will intersect and the mysteries of their world will slowly unravel.
The English dub was planned to be included with the base game, but instead will be a day 1 update. The dub recording was unfortunately delayed due to Covid-19 and had to be done over video call, but it nonetheless sounds fantastic.
13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim launches September 22nd for Playstation 4.
