While there are several new weapons in the new expansion, Remnant: From the Ashes – Subject 2923, there’s a specific weapon called the “Machine Pistol” that we’ll sure everyone will want. In short, it’s a smaller version of the Assault Rifle hidden away in RNG madness and much harder to get. This weapon is pretty simple to get once you know where to go and have the code.
How to get the Machine Pistol
At the first and only checkpoint in Ward Prime, exit the room and make a right and then a left at the end of the hallway. You’ll see a sign that says “Main Bay.” Go in that room. In the room, you’ll see a scramble board and several computers. The code comes from the scramble board if you read all the logs. If not, you’ll be stuck trying to figure out the code. Luckily for you, we broke the code.
Head to the computer next to the scramble board and access it. Head down to “Enter Password,” and enter this code “241351” and press enter.
If you want to figure out how to get the code, it works like this. If you look at the board and it has spaces for all the letters in the alphabet. So you take the letters available, place them where they belong, and you’ll get two numbers; one cross, one down. In my game, I had the letters “ICU.”
I = 2 across, 4 down
C = 1 across, 3 down
U = 5 across, 1 down
Once entered, go down to “Unlock Storage Room” and press enter. After this, you’ll hear the sound of a door opening, which is the storage room behind you. Inside you’ll find the Machine Pistol.
