Crunchyroll Announces U.S. Digital Premiere of Goblin Slayer -Goblin’s Crown-

Crunchyroll announced today that the Goblin Slayer -Goblin’s Crown- anime movie will be coming to their streaming platform on July 28! They announced that fans who watch the movie within the first weeks will receive a special digital poster signed by the film’s director, Ozaki-san, and the author, Kumo Kagyu! The offer for the poster runs from July 28 through August 11.

Crunchyroll describes the movie as follows:

“Please find any information on the Noble Fencer that disappeared after leaving to slay some goblins.”

Goblin Slayer and his party head up to the snowy mountains in the north after receiving that request from the Sword Maiden. A small village gets attacked, they encounter a mysterious chapel, and something about how these goblins are acting bothers the Goblin slayer.

“I’m going to take back everything that I’ve lost!”

In order to save the captured Noble Fencer, the Goblin Slayer and his party head to an ancient fortress covered in snow to face off with a powerful foe and a horde of goblins!

Goblin Slayer and his party head north after receiving a request from the Sword Maiden. They encounter a mysterious chapel and a village under siege by goblins but something about how these goblins are acting isn’t right…
The movie was initially released in Japan on February 1, 2020 and the televised anime series premiered in Japan in October 2018 with the subtitled series available on Crunchyroll.  The movie will be available on Crunchyroll in the following regions: United States, Canada, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Central, and South America.
