Is Microsoft living up to its promise of supporting PC gaming?

Yep, it’s been a while since we had a Daily Chat, so let’s jump into a question of sorts. Has Microsoft and Xbox done a better job of supporting the PC as a gaming platform? Have they lived up to their promise of bringing 1st party content to both Windows 10, and Steam? That’s not all, as I’ve provided my impressions of Resident Evil 3 Remake now that I’ve beaten it.
