Sega drops a new Sega Genesis Mini Trailer ahead of its release

Sega Genesis Mini Offical
The Sega Genesis Mini - releasing this September 19, 2019.

In case you forgot that Sega’s Genesis Mini releases in just one month, Sega has a reminder for you. In a form of a very enjoyable trailer that shows off what exactly we’re getting when it finally gets released.

The Sega Genesis Mini releases this September 19, 2019. It will be priced at $79.99 and will include Two 3-button controllers and 42 different games. If you’re not a fan of the original 3-button controllers (I can’t blame you for that), Retrobit will also release 6-button Sega Genesis controllers for the retro console. They’re set to release this August 2019, however, no price has been announced as of yet. I have a strong feeling we’ll see them come Gamescom 2019, which takes place August 20-24, 2019.

For those keeping score, that’s 42 games that will be included with the Sega Genesis Mini.

  1. Earthworm Jim
  2. Altered Beast
  3. Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse
