During EVO 2019, both Zafina and Leroy Smith have been announced for Tekken 7 Season 3 .
Fans of Tekken may remember Zafina from both Tekken 6 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. While Leroy Smith is new to the series. Both characters will be included in the upcoming Tekken 7 Season 3 Pass, which will be available this September 2019. No word on how much the season pass will cost.
Thanks to the recently released trailer, we have a little of Leroy’s story. Apparently he lost his family 50 years ago as a result of being caught up in a large-scale gang conflict in New York. Since then he disappeared, only finally returning back to New York as a seasoned martial arts master and he’s out for blood.
While Zafina looks a bit different as there’s something going on with her arm. It looks to be possessed as she talks to it during the trailer. It also exhibits some weird power during her match. It reminds me of the Devil Gene, but Zafina isn’t part of the Mishima family.
In addition to these two, there are still two other characters, a new stage and some extra feature that will be included in season 3.
Tekken 7 is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
