Check out 26-minutes of the Dying Light 2 demo gameplay

One of the biggest pieces of news from E3 2019 was how amazing Techland’s upcoming title, Dying Light 2, was. Sadly, this gameplay was confined to those who able to make the trek to the gaming event. That is, it was until Techland released that very same footage today.

In a 30-minute live stream, the developers put the game through its paces and provided a detailed look at the world of Dying Light 2. Of which includes some gameplay, impressive visuals and lots of commentaries as we’re giving the plan by plan. Take note of the ability to make decisions which will impact how you play the game. There’s a healthy amount of that in this demo, all of which looks to ensure the game allows for multiple playthroughs.

From what I’ve seen, the game has shaped up since it’s 2018 announcement and it’s nice to finally get some footage. I can’t wait to see more of it, even if means we’ll have to wait even longer. Speaking of waiting longer, there’s no release date for Dying Light 2. Well other than the game is slated to be released in Spring 2020.

Just watching this footage, it looks, doesn’t it? Which reminds me that I never finished the first game. Perhaps now it’s time I head on back and do just that. Who doesn’t love a good zombie game, with parkour gameplay elements and some enjoyable combat?

When Dying Light 2 is released, it will come to the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
