Wargroove Finally Launches on PS4 on July 23

By Diego PerezJuly 18, 2019
Wargroove

Wargroove, the tactical turn-based strategy game that saw a successful release on just about every other platform back in February, will finally release on PlayStation 4 next week.

The game was both a critical and commercial success when it launched for PC, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One earlier this year, and it even featured cross-platform play between the three platforms. The PlayStation 4 version, which had been delayed without much news until this point, won’t feature cross-play functionality, but user-generated maps can still be shared amongst all platforms.

The game is incredibly charming, drawing heavy inspiration from the classic Advanced Wars series. Wargoove features singleplayer and multiplayer offerings, four different factions to choose from, and twelve commanders to control.

Wargroove launches on PlayStation 4 on July 23. The game will be priced at $20.
