Metro Exodus Will Now Be Available In The Windows Store

Looks like the Epic Games Store exclusivity with Metro Exodus will end as of June 9th, 2019.

Which happens to be the day that Metro Exodus arrives onto the Windows Store. It also happens to be the same day that Microsoft’s Xbox E3 2019 briefing takes place.  Several users have noticed that a listing for the title now exists in the Windows Store. In all likelihood, Metro Exodus will be announced along with side Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass PC plans. Of which Deep Silver, the publisher of the title, is part of.

Which is great news for everyone who skipped out on Metro Exodus due to the Epic Games Store. However, don’t expect this to change the fact the game isn’t available on Steam. Chances are there’s a clause in place that keeps the game off of Valve’s storefront until sometime in 2020.

The only question is will this be enough for PC gamers to get them to use the Windows Store? Which has been none to be a bane to those who purchase and attempt to download games on. We’ll just have to wait into June 9th, 2019, to find out.

Speaking of Metro Exodus, there are two announced DLC’s for the game, the first be will be available this Summer.
