10 Minutes Of Streets Of Rage 4 Gameplay Released

By Keith MitchellJune 5, 2019
streets of rage 4

We’re still quite a bit away from the release of Streets of Rage 4. Still, that hasn’t stopped the developer from showing off the game at various events. And thankfully, due to the game being available to play during Bitsummit 2019 we finally have a longer look at the game.

It definitely looks quite a bit better since the last time I saw it. I can’t tell if it’s due to the display used, but the color has been toned down a bit. Giving it a grittier look, while staying true to the original games. Other than that, I’m happy to see that the gameplay that made Streets of Rage/Bare Knuckle so much fun is also in place.

This video is also the first one I’ve seen that includes the first stage boss fight. So if you don’t want to be spoiled, I don’t recommend watching the video.

There’s still no available ETA on when Streets of Rage 4 will be released. We also haven’t received any confirmation as to what platforms the game will be available on. Still, as someone who grew up on Streets of Rage, I can’t wait to get my hands on this.
