Gun Gun Pixies is Coming To Switch and PC

By William "Shadowz" KokMarch 4, 2019

Well I didn’t see this coming.

The teased game that PQube Games alluded is now revealed. Developed by Compile Heart, the game is the light gun shooter Gun Gun Pixies, and is coming to the Nintendo Switch and Steam.

The description of the game is as follows:

The crazy Japanese third-person shooter and 3D platformer-in-one sends two tiny girls from outer space to earth, so that they can infiltrate a women’s college dormitory. Once arrived, the Pixies stealthily bustle about the regular sized girls’ towering legs and rooms to fulfil their mission: study human behaviour in order to help overcome the social issues of their beloved home planet!

They also announced a day one edition which will include an art book.

Gun Gun Pixies was originally released on the PlayStation Vita back on April 27, 2017. This also had cameo DLC from Hyper Dimension Neptunia of Neptune and Noire. Expect a mix of visual novel, all girl cast and a light gun shooter that explore the crevices of the human body in order for the sake of social improvement and self esteem.

This is good to see. Japanese Games that is unashamed for catering to Fan Service on the Nintendo Switch. In the same philosophy of Senran Kagura, be proud of it. You will have fans and consumers that will back you in your games. Like with the situation of Dead or Alive Extreme 3, fans will support it with their money. Here is hoping that this a sign for more fan-service oriented games to come for Nintendo’s console.

Gun Gun Pixies is coming soon for Nintendo Switch and PC.
