A special, winter-themed Splatfest is coming to Splatoon 2 on January 4, 2019; lasting for a full 48-hour period, beginning at 2 p.m. Pacific Time. During this event, FrostyFest, Inkopolis Square will be transformed into a festive Winter Wonderland littered with snow and decorations.

The teams for FrostyFest will be split into Team Family or Team Friends, posing the question on who you’d rather spend the holidays with this season.

And of course, festive gift items will also be available during the event. Distribution of these holiday goodies will be through the Squid Research Lab; further information will be given on the Nintendo Switch News Channel sometime in December.

His notoriety of being a top-tier game wiz angered the envious locals and eventually forced Nanaue into exile. His hunger for competition and game knowledge grew as time past. This in tow, leads him to delve into the sea of writing and gaming culture.
