Nintendo Entertainment Podcast – Episode 51 – Returning Paths

The Nintendo Entertainment Podcast is back! And it’s returning to its roots. The celebration has ended, and now it’s time to dissect everything Nintendo related!

First up, the guys reveal what they have been playing. And for two of them, it concerns a trip to Planet SR388! That’s right, it’s Metroid: Samus Returns! And Todd and Tyler are loving it! In fact, read about how it makes Todd happy!

After they’re done glorifying Metroid, the trio get back to the news, and there’s been a lot! Doom, Final Fantasy XV, Fire Emblem Warriors, Pokken Tournament, and more are discussed!

Finally, the trio have played the demo for Project Octopath Traveler (read Will’s throughts here!)! But is this a game that you should play? Or at the very least try out the demo? They reveal all in a new meeting of the NEP Secret Society!

So sit back, relax, and watch as the paths (Octopaths?) are laid out before you in the Nintendo Entertainment Podcast!

Don’t forget that we want YOUR suggestions for opening themes for future episodes of the podcast! Send your NES, SNES, N64, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, or Nintendo DS suggestions to us via Twitter! You can reach Tri-Force Todd at @Guardians_Comic, Tellius Tyler at @TylerKelbaugh94, or Wario Will at @shadowz596! AND, you can reach us at our podcast handle @NEPPodcast! If your song gets picked we’ll name-drop you on the show!

And don’t forget to answer our poll question! This week it’s about which story in the Project Octopath Demo you liked best!
