The first season of CW’s Riverdale ended on quite the cliff hanger – Archie’s dad has been shot by a mysterious man trying to rob the diner. And don’t worry about them skipping over that – in a new sneak peek of the season, we see Archie dragging his injured father into the hospital, letterman jacket covered in blood:
We see the Archie might know something more about the killer than he’s letting on. Jughead and Betty go to investigate, of course, while Cheryl visits her bad burnt mother in the hospital. Some fans are wondering, however, how Cheryl’s mom was burned if she was standing outside of the burning house at the end of season? We’ll just have to wait and see. It also sounds like the show will be getting even darker, which may be a good or a bad thing, depending on how much worse things get for our main four characters.
Riverdale Season 2 will premiere on the CW on October 11, 2017.
