Future Trunks To Be Included In Dragonball FighterZ

By Keith MitchellJune 22, 2017

My name is Trunks, and I came from 20 years in the future

When I forgot laid my eyes on Bandai Namco’s Anime fighter, Dragonball FighterZ, the first thing I did was look for two of my favorite characters. Sadly, neither of them were included in the current state of the game; Piccolo and Future Trunks. I mean, those are two favorite characters of the anime.

Well, thanks to the Weekly Jump magazine, we have confirmation one of those characters. That’s right, Future Trunks has made the cut and is confirmed. Check out the scan below.

So that’s one of two down, but I’m sure Piccolo will be in there. He did train Gohan after all, so he has to in the game as well. That brings the roster to 7, with Gohan, Goku, Vegeta, Buu, Frieza, Perfect Cell and now Future Trunks.

Dragonball FighterZ is being developed by Arc System Works and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in early 2018. Wondering it’s any good? Well, don’t be as we played it and it’s damned good, even at being 20% done. We can’t wait to get some more hands-on with the title, the sooner the better.
