All this for just $60?
When Nintendo does a special edition of anything, one this is assured. It’s going to sell out fast. Anyone remember the Fire Emblem Fates SE that is still so freaking experience and nearly impossible to get ahold of?
So I imagine that this latest limited edition for an eagerly awaited game is going to meet the same fate. Announced today is the limited edition Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia for the Nintendo 3DS. This bundle is priced at $60 and will be available at most locations on May 19th, 2017.
Included in this bundle is a copy of Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia; a hardcover Valentia Artbook; a Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia Sound Selection CD; a Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia Pin Set depicting characters Alm, Celica and Marth; and a reversible cover sheet that looks like the packaging for the original Famicom game this new one is based on.
At the time of the announcement, the only places that have the LE up for pre-order is Gamestop.
Update: The North American release DOES NOT include the Alm and Celica amiibos. We get burnt on that, once again.
